"Rogyview" holiday home is approximately 1.1/2 miles south of Baltimore which is renowned for its sailing , watersports , restaurants , pubs and easy access to the islands of Roaring Water Bay.
Shopping and Post Office are available in Baltimore with more extensive shops in Skibbereen (5 miles) and the nearest pub is a 10 minutes walk.
The bungalow is situated on a quiet road with very little traffic and has the benefit of a large lawn for children to play on or adults to relax in. There is also plenty of off-road parking.
